Join us for a Day of Professional Development and Networking!

The PA-Section SC/NC District and Central Section of WWOAP invites you to attend our upcoming conference on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at the AACA Museum at 161 Museum Drive, Hershey, PA 17033.

Event Highlights:

• Earn up to three (3) Operator Credit Hours (CEHs) and six (6) Professional Engineering Credit Hours (PDHs)

• Raffle prizes for participants who visit vendor table tables.

• Networking opportunities with industry professionals and vendors


Schedule & Credit Hours:

• Morning Session: Earn 1 CEH or 3 PDHs

• Afternoon Session: Earn 2 CEHs or 3 PDHs

• Attendees must sign in at registration in the morning and out sign out after the afternoon session to receive full credits.

• Certificate of attendance available for PDHs (bring your license number to the conference)

Vendor Table Registration - $200 (15 available) 

• Two tickets included

• Each vendor table includes a skirted 6’ table for displaying products/literature.

• No electrical or water connections available.

• Sponsorship includes raffle prizes to encourage participant engage-ment at vendor tables.

• Vendors display tables are in the main lobby/registration area (Rotunda) and allocated on a first-come, first serve basis.


Please note for Vendors—the additional sponsorship opportunities are in addition to the regular admission fee of $200 (for the first person, and guest; if you are bringing 3 or more guests, it will be an additional $45/per person). The Lunch / PM Break Sponsor, and Breakfast / AM Sponsorships are add-ons.
